Our Story

Born from a love
of real coffee

Barako Coffee Shop started with a simple conviction: Mesa deserved a place where coffee was treated as craft and every guest was treated like family.

We source 100% Arabica beans, roast them in small batches, and pull every shot with intention. Our pastries arrive fresh every morning from local bakers — no shortcuts, no preservatives, just honest food made well.

The name "Barako" comes from the Tagalog word for strength and resilience. That's the energy we bring to every cup we serve and every conversation we host.

The coffee here changed how I think about a morning cup. It's not just caffeine — it's a moment. I come here to breathe.

— A regular, Mesa
